The guys from C.R. Alsip Guitars made a quick road trip to Austin, TX to hang out with Firehouse & deliver Bill’s newest guitar so it could be debuted at the Enchanted Rock Fest ~ Cedar Park Center ~ Austin, TX 4/24/16. The show was amazing & the guys mingled amongst the crowd showing off some of Bill’s Alsip’s! The guitar had a huge change in features compared to Bill’s other Alsip guitars & built to give Bill endless tone possibilities. It features Seymour Duncan pickups {Pearly Gates (B) & Cool Rails (M & N)} plus a killer laminated neck made of maple & purpleheart woods, a flamed koa droptop. The guys added a 5-way super switch with (3) mini toggle switches to allow the guitar to be able to produce humbuckers & single coils in any position plus run any or all pickups at the same time!
